محامي يكشف العقوبات التي تنتظر الأم التي عنفت ابنها من أجل الطلاق

تواجه الأم التي أقدمت على تعنيف ابنها جسديا وتوثيقه عبر مقطع فيديو انتشر على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وذلك لانتزاع طلاقها من زوجها، عقوبات صارمة.
وقال المحامي سعد السهلي لمجلة « سلطانة » الإلكترونية إن الأم ستتم متابعتها وفق قانون العنف ضد القاصرين مشيرا أنها من الممكن أن تصل إلى الجناية في التكييف إذا انطلقنا من اتجاه تعريض حياة شخص للخطر غير قادر على حماية نفسه.
وأضاف المتحدث ذاته أن جسامة الأضرار هي الدليل الوحيد الذي يمكن من معرفة العقوبات والغرامات التي ستطبق في حقها، مشيرا أنها عقوبة سنة واحدة في الجنحة، أما في الجناية فالعقوبة السجنية تحدد من خمس سنوات فما فوق.
وأردف « السهلي » متحدثا أنه من الممكن أن يسقط حق الحضانة لها، في حالة ما إذا تقدم الأب بطلب في هذا الإتجاه.
