مجزرة “شمهروش”.. تفاصيل جديدة تخص المعتقل السويسري
توصل المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية لتفاصيل جديدة تخص المعتقل السويسري على خلفية قضية مجزرة “شمهروش” بإمليل، إذ بدأت تظهر عليه بوادر التطرف بعد اعتناقه الإسلام سنة 2011
المعتقل تعرف على أمير الخلية الجهادية عند قدومه للمغرب سنة 2015، وبالضبط في مدينة مراكش، غير أنه كان ينوي الالتحاق بداعش في سوريا بداية الأمر.
وأفادت جريدة “أخبار اليوم”، في عددها الصادر نهاية الأسبوع، أن المعتقل سبق له أن ربط الاتصال بمسؤول عمليات داعش بسوريا، فضلا عن لقائه بسويسرا، وجرى التواصل بينهما عبر تطبيق “مراسلة التلغرام”.
ومثل المعتقل الحامل للجنسية الإسبانية رفقة سبعة متهمين أمام محكمة الاستئناف بالرباط، بتهم ارتكاب أفعال إرهابية، كذا تدريب أشخاص من أجل الالتحاق بتنظيم إرهابي.
ودعا المحامي سعد السهلي، الذي ينوب عن المعتقل باحترام قرينة البراءة، وأن يبتعد الرأي العام عن إدانته في وقت لم ينطق القضاء بكلمته بعد، خصوصا وأنه قد قطع علاقته بباقي المتهمين منذ سنة، وتواجده خارج المغرب وقت تنفيذ جريمة إمليل.
