قضية بوعشرين..السهلي يرد على “هرطقات” دفاع المشتكيات ويستدل بالخطابات الملكية التي تؤكد سمو المواثيق الدولية على التشريعات الوطنية
انطلقت، قبل لحظات، الجلسة الرابعة، من محاكمة الصحافي توفيق بوعشرين، مؤسس جريدة “أخبار اليوم”، و”اليوم24″، في مرحلتها الإستئنافية.
وطالب سعد السهلي، دفاع بوعشرين، برفع الاعتقال التعسفي الذي يطال الصحافي بوعشرين، استنادا إلى التقرير الأممي، الذي أكد أن توفيق بوعشرين، معتقل تعسفيا.
كما دعا السهلي، هيأة المحكمة، برئاسة القاضي لحسن الطرفي، بالأخذ بعين الاعتبار الخطب الملكية، التي شددت على سمو المواثيق الدولية على التشريعات الوطنية.
واستعرض الدفاع خطابات ملكية عديدة، تدعو إلى سمو المواثيق الدولية التي صادق عليها المغرب في مناسبات عدة، على التشريعات الوطنية، وذلك لخدمة مصالح المغرب العليا، في المحافل الدولية، إضافة إلى أن الدستور المغربي أوضح في مواد عدة مكانة المواثيق الدولية في القانون المغربي.
