القضاء ينظر في دعوى إلغاء نتائج ولوج مهنة المحاماة
من المقرر أن تشرع شعبة القضاء الشامل والإلغاء بالمحكمة الإدارية بالرباط، في الثاني من فبراير المقبل، في البت في دعوى الغاء نتائج الحصول على الأهلية لولوج مهنة المحاماة.
ويأتي ذلك على إثر الدعوى التي رفعتها إحدى المترشحات الراسبات في المباراة بواسطة دفاعها الأستاذ السهلي سعد بهيئة المحامون بالرباط، قصد الغاء نتائج الإختبار الكتابي، التي تم الكشف عنها في نهاية دجنبر المنصرم.
وأثارت نتائج امتحان الحصول على شهادة الأهلية لمزاولة مهنة المحاماة برسم سنة 2022 موجة من الانتقادات، امتدت من وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي إلى البرلمان مرورا بهيئات المجتمع المدني.
وفي الوقت الذي تنفي فيه الحكومة في شخص وزير العدل عبد اللطيف وهبي عدم رسوب أي متبار حصل على المعدل، وأن ليس من حقها التدخل في نتائج مباراة المحاماة، يطالب برلمانيون ونشطاء بفتح تحقيق في ما شاب الإختبار من اختلالات.
