أوضح مصدر من دفاع توفيق وبوعشرين مالك “أخبار اليوم” وموقع “اليوم 24″، لـ”الأول” أن المحامي سعد السهلي صرح أمام المحكمة خلال جلسة أمس الأربعاء من محاكمة موكله، أن النقيب بوعشرين لم تعد له أيت علاقة بالملف بمجرد انسحابه، وأن ما يقوله يلزمه ولا يلزم توفيق بوعشرين ولا أعضاء هيئة دفاعه، وذلك لكي لا يتم استغلال تصريحاته لتمرير مغالطات أمام هيئة الحكم”.
وأكد المصدر أن ما صدر عن المحامي السهلي جاء في سياق قطع الطريق على دفاع المشتكيات الذين أرادوا توظيف بعض تصريحات النقيب بوعشرين، ضد موكله مالك “أخبار اليوم”، وأكد ذات المصدر أن “السهلي أوضح أن زوجة توفيق بوعشرين راسلت النقيب بوعشرين طالبةً منه عدم التحدث بإسم زوجها”.
