فيما رد بوعشرين على انتهاك قواعد المحاكمة العادلة بالصمت.. المحامي السهلي يعلن انسحابه
فيما وضع الصحافي توفيق بوعشرين المحكمة أمام حرج شديد عندما قرر أن يلوذ بالصمت، وهي الوسيلة الوحيدة التي بقيت أمامه للرد على مااتفق عليه في الأوساط الحقوقية بأنه انتهاكات صارخة لمبادئ المحاكمة العادلة، أعلن المحامي سعد السهلي سيرا على خطى النقيب محمد زيان، وأعلن انسحابه، وفق ما أكدت عليه جريدة “أخبار اليوم” في عددها الصادر غدا.
واعتبرت أوساط حقوقية تم الاتصال بها من طرف الحياة اليومية لإبداء رأيها في هذا التطور الجديد الذي عرفته محاكمة بوعشرين، أن إصرار المحكمة على المضي في الطريق الذي رسمته النيابة العامة منذ بداية “فبركة” هذا الملف كان من الضروري أن يصل بالمحاكمة إلى هذه النتيجة.
