السهلي: الإثباتات ضد المتهم السويسري تناقض اعترافات باقي المتهمين.. وردنا في الجلسة المقبلة -فيديو
قال المحامي سعد السهلي، إن الإثباتات ضد المتهم السويسري كيفن زولير، في قضية جريمة “شمهروش” جاءت متناقضة مع الاعترافات التي أدلى بها باقي المتهمون خلال الجلسات، وكذا أثناء التحقيق.
وجاء ذلك عقب التماس النيابة العامة، في جلسة اليوم الخميس، بإدانة جميع المتهمين في ملف مقتل السائحتين الدنماركية “لوزيا” والنرويجية “مارين” بمنطقة إمليل بإقليم الحوز، بعقوبات تتراوح بين السجن 10 سنوات والإعدام، فيما طالبت بالسجن النافذ بعشرين سنة في حق المتهم السويسري.
وأكد السهلي، أن جميع المتهمين نفوا، أن يكون كيفن قد استقطبهم لتنظيم إرهابي، أو حرضهم، أو ارتكب أيا من الوقائع مما هو موصوف بالمتابعة.
وأشاد السهلي بالظروف التي تجري بها المحاكمة، مشيرا إلى أن المتهم السويري قد استفاد اليوم من خدمات مترجم، كما تسلم ورقة وقلم لتسجيل النقاط التي يراها ضرورية للدفاع عن نفسه حيث سيتاح له الكلام بجلسة لاحقة.
وأكد السهلي أن الدفاع سيقدم رده خلال الجلسة المقبلة التي حددتها المحكمة في 11 يوليوز المقبل.
وكانت النيابة العامة قد طالبت مساء اليوم بإدانة جميع المتهمين بملف “جريمة شمهروش” بالتهم المنسوبة إليهم، مع إيقاع عقوبة الإعدام بالمنفذين الثلاثة والمؤبد لرابع، والسجن النافذ للبقية.
وطالبت النيابة العامة في ختام مرافعتها بالجلسة السادسة في الملف بالإعدام للمتهمين، عبد الصمد الجود، ويونس أبازيد، ورشيد أفطيط. كما طابت بالسجن المؤبد في حق المتهم الرابع عبد الرحمان الخيالي.
كما طالبت المحكمة بالسجن ثلاثين سنة في حق نور الدين بلعابد، وهشام نزيه، وعبد السلام الإدريسي. و25 سنة سجنا نافذا لكل من عبد الكبير خمايج، وحميد آيت أحمد، وبـ20 سنة لكل من عبد اللطيف الدريوش، البشير الدريوش، وعبد الغني الشعباتي، والعقيل الزغاري، ورشيد الوالي، وكيفن زولير، وعبد العزيز فرياط، ومحمد شقور.
كما طالبت بـ15 سنة سجنا نافذا في حق أيوب الشلاوي، ومحمد بوصالح، وبـ10 سنوات لباقي المتهمين.
واهتز المغرب، والعالم على وقع جريمة ذبح السائحتين بطريقة بشعة منتصف دجنبر الماضي، التي سرعان ما اتخذت طابعا إرهابيا، وتم اعتقال عدد من المشتبه فيهم، البالغ عددهم 24 شخصا.
