الحبس موقوف التنفيذ للنقيب محمد زيان
أصدرت المحكمة الإبتدائية بالرباط، اليوم الأربعاء، حكمها في القضية التي توبع فيها النقيب محمد زيان ونجليه والصحافية آمال الهواري، حيث حكمت عليه بالسجن سنة كاملة موقوفة التنفيذ.
كما قررت هيئة الحكم تغريم زيان مبلغ 20 ألف درهم، وكل المتابعين في القضية، بتهمة إخفاء شاهدة.
واعتبر سعد السهلي، محامي النقيب زيان، أن « الحكم كان تحصيل حاصل على اعتبار أن النقيب تعرض لمحاكمة غير عادلة ».
وأضاف في تصريح لموقع « اليوم 24 » « أنه مع الخروقات التي وقع فيها القاضي وعدم احترامه للمسطرة الجنائية خلال الجلسة السابقة، لم يكن لدينا أي أمل أو طمأتينة لأي حكم سيصدر في الملف ».
وكان القاضي المكلف بالقضية، قد قرر في التاسع من ماي الجاري حجز الملف للتأمل بعد انسحاب هيئة الدفاع عن النقيب زيان بسبب ما اعتبروه طريقة غير محترمة تعامل بها القاضي معهم، وفق تصريحات سابقة للسهلي.
وندد المحامون المؤازرون للنقيب زيان، في وقفة أمام المحكمة، بتعامل القاضي وعدم استجابته لملتمسات متعلقة بعدد من الطلبات التي وجهتها النيابة العامة لاستكمال الملف، فيما اعتبر هو أن القضية جاهزة للتداول.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن النقيب زيان، توبع بتهمة « جنحة التحريض لشاهدة بعدم الحضور للإدلاء بشهادته في ملف الصحافي توفيق بعشرين مؤسس جريدة أخبار اليوم وموقع « اليوم 24 ».
