بعد مرور ثلاث أشهر.. قاضي التحقيق يواجه السويسري بالمتهمين في جريمة “شمهاروش”
بعد مرور ثلاث أشهر على جريمة “شمهاروش” التي هزت منطقة إمليل نواحي مدينة مراكش، والتي راحت ضحيتها سائحتين أجنبيتين، من المنتظر أن يعقد قاضي التحقيق المكلف بقضايا الإرهاب بمحكمة الاستئناف بسلا، يوم الاثنين المقبل، جلسة لمواجهة المتهم السويسري مع باقي المعتقلين على خلفية هذه الجريمة النكراء.
وبهذا الخصوص، قال سعد السهلي، دفاع المتهم السويسري، في تصريح لـ “سيت أنفو”، إنه سيتم يوم الاثنين المقبل، مواجهة المعتقل السويسري مع باقي المتهمين، ومعرفة العلاقة التي تجمعهم.
وأوضح السهلي، أنه سبق لقاضي التحقيق المكلف قضايا الإرهاب بمحكمة الاستئناف بسلا، الاستماع للمواطن السويسري الذي يحمل الجنسية الإسبانية، والذي يشتبه في ارتباطه بمنفذي جريمة قتل السائحتين الاسكندنافيتين، وذلك في إطار مسطرة الاستنطاق التفصيلي.
تجدر الإشارة أن مدينة مراكش، وبالضبط منطقة إمليل، اهتزت نهاية السنة الماضية، على وقع جريمة بشعة راحت ضحيتها سائحتين أجنبيتين، بعدما تم ذبحهما بطريقة بشعة من طرف أشخاص متشبعين بالفكر المتطرف.
وكان رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، قد نشروا شريط فيديو يظهر شخصين يقومان بذبح سائحة أجنبية، بطريقة صادمة في منطقة خالية، وتم فتح تحقيق من طرف المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، بخصوص هذا الشريط الذي أثار ضجة كبيرة وسط المغاربة.
