المحامي السهلي يلجأ إلى القضاء ضد «برلمان.كوم» و«الأخبار» في ملف الصحفي بوعشرين (وثائق)
وجه المحامي سعد السهلي عضو هيئة دفاع الصحفي توفيق بوعشرين، قبل قليل من يومه الثلاثاء، بيانيْ حقيقة كشف من خلالهما أن موقع “برلمان. كوم” لصاحبه محمد خبشي العامل السابق في وزارة الداخلية، وكذلك جريدة “الأخبار” التي يشرف على نشرها رشيد نيني، حادا عن الحقيقة في تدوينة كان قد نشرها بموقع الفايسبوك، وتتعلق بملف الصحفي توفيق بوعشرين، مهددا باللجوء إلى القضاء إلم يتم احترام معايير العمل الصحفي وتفنيد ما تم نشره.
وقال السهلي في البيانيين اللذين تتوفر الحياة اليومية على نسختين منهما، بأن “ادعاء إحدى السيدات لبوعشرين بمعاشرتها مع مجموعة من المسؤولين الكبار من بينهم أحد الوزراء وطلبها نشر الادعاء لا يعني أنني أؤكد واقعة الاغتصاب لهذه لمدعية التي يمكنها أن تدعي ما تشاء“.
كما شدد على أن “المنابر التي تود نبش أعراض الناس وشرف الهيئات يجب عليها اختيار دعائمها بعيدا عني وأي محاولة لإقحامي في السيناريوهات المحبوكة، فإني سأكون مضطر للجوء إلى القضاء ليقول كلمته“.
وفيما يلي البيانيين كما توصلت بهما الجريدة:
((لقد اعتمدت جريدتكم على تدوينة على الفايسبوك وإعطائها دلالات لا تحتملها في مقال نشر بتاريخ 5 مارس 2018 دون القيام بأدنى التحريات على الأقل ربط الاتصال بنا لرفع اللبس الذي ألبستموه بشكل متعمد في المقال. وبما أن قانون الصحافة يلزمكم في إطار المادة 116 بنشر حق الرد لإقبات حسن النية في النشر تحت طائلة العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة 119 من قانون الصحافة، فإني أود التوضح كالتالي:
- إن ادعاء إحدى السيدات لبوعشرين بمعاشرتها مع مجموعة من المسؤولين الكبار من بينهم أحد الوزراء وطلبها نشر الادعاء لا يعني أنني أؤكد واقعة الاغتصاب لهذه لمدعية التي يمكنها أن تدعي ما تشاء.
- أن عدم نشر بوعشرين لتلك الافتراءات انكبت عليها الجرائد الصفراء دليل على المهنية والحس بالمسؤولية في النشر من طرف الأول وانعدام الضمير المهني للطرف الثاني.
أن المنابر التي تود نبش أعراض الناس وشرف الهيئات يجب عليها اختيار دعائمها بعيدا عني وأي محاولة لإقحامي في السيناريوهات المحبوكة فإني سأكون مضطر للجوء إلى القضاء ليقول كلمته)).
